News: About the TIL Forum

The Theoretical Inquiries in Law Forum (TIL Forum) is an online comments companion to Theoretical Inquiries in Law (TIL), available at http://services.bepress.com/tilforum/.

Each issue of TIL tackles a distinct topic of law or legal theory from a multifaceted, interdisciplinary perspective. Each issue of TIL contributes considerably to the study of the area it addresses; by nature, such contributions reveal avenues for further thought and offer fresh problems for debate. In order to expand and enrich the scholarly discussion of the topics addressed by TIL beyond the confines of each issue, the TIL Forum publishes solicited and unsolicited comments on articles published in TIL. Comments selected for publication in the TIL Forum will be published on a rolling basis and will be linked to the relevant article.

Comments should be no more than 3,000 words long (including footnotes) and should be lightly footnoted. Comments must read coherently as independent texts and should offer interesting and original insights into the topics discussed by the TIL articles they address; however, they shouldn't attempt to canvass an entire topic or to present thorough research.
