Negligence in the Law (Part II)
Introduction
This issue and the July 2002 issue of Theoretical Inquiries in Law are based on a June 2001 international conference, Negligence in the Law, which was organized by the late Professor Gary Schwartz and Professor Ariel Porat. Due to illness, Professor Schwartz was prevented from participating in the conference, whose success was in great part due to him, and passed away shortly afterwards. These two issues of Theoretical Inquiries in Law are dedicated to his memory.
