Essays in Honor of Stanley R. Johnson

Stanley R. Johnson is the former Vice Provost for University Extension at Iowa State University (ISU) and the former Director of the Center for Agricultural and Rural Development, also at ISU. He is currently Charles F. Curtiss Distinguished Professor Emeritus at ISU. He previously held faculty posts at the University of Missouri, Columbia and the University of Connecticut. During his career he co-authored numerous articles, papers, and monographs on various topics dealing with economic theory, econometric theory and application, demand analysis, agricultural policy analysis and reform (both domestic and international), and resource and environmental economics. He has received numerous professional awards and prizes for his research. During his career he served as mentor and faculty advisor to over 100 graduate students. He currently resides in Reno, Nevada.
