The Journals of Legal Scholarship publish academic analyses of law and law-related subjects. They cover all legal subjects, in private as well as public law, as well as ancillary disciplines like legal history and jurisprudence. Unlike traditional law reviews, The Journals of Legal Scholarship are (1) edited by faculty so that authors will not have to endure the hand of student editors; and (2) published over the internet so authors will escape the delays and hassle of print publication.
