Abstract

William Nicholson has created a unique textbook for professors of law, law students, and practicing attorneys continuing their legal education. This textbook presents emergency response and management case law, as well as supplemental information on FEMA, the Federal Response Plan, and the attorney’s role in emergency management, to name a few. H. Joseph Flynn takes a closer examination of Emergency Response and Emergency Management Law: Cases and Materials in this review.
