Richard Buxbaum and German Reintegration

Inaugurated May 2006

Introduction

Richard M. Buxbaum has been a singular figure in both international and comparative law since he joined the University of California law faculty in 1961. This issue initiates a symposium on a topic centrally concerned with his scholarship: Germany: Its Reconstitution and Its Reintegration into Europe and the World. The symposium follows a brief section of materials on his life.
