Michele Taruffo, University of Pavia, Italy

Abstract

This book appears to be aimed at opening a debate among Evidence teachers in English law schools, in order to update and expand the scope of such teaching. However, the scope and content of this book are actually much broader than this invitation, from several points of view, including epistemology, psychology and sociology, as well as international and comparative dimensions.
