Global Administrative Law and Global Governance
Introduction
This first Special Issue of Advances analyzes an important emerging legal framework in which supra-national bodies - such as international organizations and transnational networks - enact rules at the global level that affect both national administrations and individuals. Guest Editor Sabino Cassese is Professor of Administrative Law at the University of Rome, La Sapienza, and a member of the Hauser Global Faculty at NYU Law. Since 2005, Sabino has also served as a Judge in the Italian Constitutional Court. Guest Editor Martina Conticelli is a Junior Research Fellow at the University of Rome, Tor Vergata.
