This folder contains the STATA files used to confirm results.  The files are named according to the graphs they generate.  The graphs each confirm that the derived values are at the optimum:

exloop1 generates Graph 1: Net Benefit as a function of subsidy (no output tax)
exloop2 generates Graph 2: Net Benefit as a function of output tax (subsidy=.349)
exloop3 generates Graph 3: Net Benefit as a function of output tax (subsidy=.643)
exloop4 generates Graph 4: Sensitivity Analysis - Net benefit as a function of output tax (Subsidy .63, .64, .65).  Starts with the output tax found in graph 3 and confirms that subsidy of .643 is the optimal subsidy.
