Frontiers articles are at the frontier of macroeconomics. They are suitable for publication in a top general interest journal, e.g. the American Economic Review, Econometrica, the Journal of Political Economy, or the Quarterly Journal of Economics. Papers should be of interest to everyone in macroeconomics, of general interest in the profession, or of comparable quality and importance.
